Fall 2010 & Spring 2011 Registration Procedure & Game Day Procedure
New Player Registration
Mail, email or hand deliver the following:
- Player registration form (must have player’s signature, team name & manager’s signature)
- Color Copy of Driver’s License or other government issues photo ID with Birthday
- player card with color photo (may be from DL if in color and CLEAR - not fuzzy or dark)
Transfer Player from Current Team (Player is already registered with team for fall 2010 roster)
- Player obtain old team manger’s signature on player registration form where release Team name and along with information of new team and must be submitted by new team.
- If not able to obtain signature of manager then ask manager to send email to me stating that he or she acknowledge the transfer request and will release from team.
- Transfer fee of $10.00 is applied to new team who is accepting the player.
Update your online roster with all information before you submit paper work to registrar.
Registration of any type must accompany a payment for the registration. Payment detail will follow:
- New player TORSO only = $21.00
- New player with Multi League = $9.00 – must submit league and team name
- Transfer Player, new team responsibility = $10.00

All paper work or communication via e-mail must be submitted by Thursday evening in order for player to be eligible to play game on Sunday. If the registrar has an issue with meeting the deadlines she will communicate that to the team manager.
Game Day Procedure
Step 1: Check web to find out who your team is going to play against. The schedules are posted on the TORSO web site.
Step 2: Send e-mail or phone call to manager of opponent team (information available on line) This will eliminate uniform conflict on the field, which is home team must change uniform if color conflict occurs. Also find out if they will be coming to the game. No surprises on game day.
Step 3: On the day of the match, print the game sheet by going to the Demosphere schedule, click on the 'vs' on the match listing - it will give you an option to print the game sheet and will show both team rosters. This is the official game sheet that the referee requires - it shows any suspended players on both teams. Note - If a player is not approved on your roster, that player name will not appear on game sheet.
Step 4: Please provide the player cards to the referee 15 minutes before the game time. The referee will match players on the roster with your player cards - or driver's license or other photo id. The referee will not accept names written on game sheet so please be sure to work with registrar by Thursday of game week to get your players approved.
